The swim-up bar was so much fun, and I loved how clean the beach was. The medical services offered were a huge relief during our stay. I would absolutely choose this place again!

the food at majestic colonial was excellent. the entertainment was the highlight of our stay, with shows every night. the staff, especially luis our butler, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the beach area was stunning and the pools were refreshing!

Staying in the Colonial Club Junior Suite with Jacuzzi was a treat with its clean and spacious setup. The food and beverage staff were standout, especially David and Bernadil, who provided exceptional service. However, the high prices at the shop and slow service were disappointing. Despite being injured at the pool, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the beach was gorgeous, although the added security made me uneasy.

Couple's ultimate getaway

Our butler Freddie was like a magician, from the moment we got there, he made sure we were taken care of with everything we needed. The beach was very nice, I woke up early just to secure lounge chairs, and not once did I worry about our stuff being taken.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.

However, the dining situation appeared to be quite a mess, particularly at the main buffet—multiple guests were complaining about long wait times, and the quality of the food fell flat more often than not. Multiple disruptions occurred during our stay. for instance, room mix-ups on arrival led to a frustrating 24-hour ordeal to get sorted out. Additionally, the musty smell in some rooms indicated a possible mold issue that could be bothersome for some guests, affecting the overall ambiance.

The resort's beautiful grounds and easy access to the beach made it a pleasure to explore. I particularly loved the charming tiles in the pool areas and how inviting the entire setting felt.
